This episode is for the feelers! A lot of adults with ADHD are hyper-aware of their feelings and the feelings of the people around them.

I do not happen to be one of these people…so I wanted to bring on my friend and ADHD coach, Jaklin of Authentically ADHD.

Jak is an Empath who is learning how to leverage her empathy to heal herself and her clients. She talks about the good, bad, and ugly of being super in-tune with her feeling center, and gives healthy ways to practice self-care without squashing the GIFT that is empathy.
