Since beginning her work in 2012, Kristen has become a trusted voice in the ADHD community. She is the founder of FOCUSED, a global coaching program for adults with ADHD. Her work specializes in trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches to executive functioning, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships. Kristen lives outside Philadelphia with her husband and their three sons.
