When I first learned I had ADHD, I didn’t know much about it.

All I knew is that I was living with chronic frustration and anger that I couldn’t achieve the goals I set for myself.

Focusing on any task was impossible, and all I could see in myself was that I was not living up to my potential.

My life was filled with shame and embarrassment, and I didn’t know how to change it.

It wasn’t until I discovered ADHD coaching that I realized I’m capable of so much more than I was giving myself credit for.

Coaching promised to focus on changing my mindset and motivation block so I could accomplish the tasks that were so difficult all my life.
